At Wound Care USA we believe our clients deserve a safe, rapid, efficient and cost effective product that works.

After being on the market for 18 years as a small then mid size business, (online since 2001) and passing FDA Inspection in February of 2011, we needed a larger FDA Approved Manufacturer to fill our growing orders in early 2012. We knew the day would come and it did, when we were requested in August 2012 that we complete the formal FDA Approval Process with clinical trials, etc., before they could resume manufacturing. As a result of this request (which we support wholeheartedly) we have since sold out of DermaWound Original, Original Hypo
& VS Hypo in tubes. DermaWound VS will be available in tubes until we we run out of current inventory.

However, due to the tremendous outpouring of requests that patients not stop their current therapy of the "only thing that has worked for them", we decided to temporarily go back to the way we made it for 16 years - in jars. This decision was based on physician requests for Humanitarian Aid.

December 2012 - DermaWound Original successfully completed required FDA clinical trials. We anticipate having DermaWound Original back in tubes with a NDC number in 10-12 weeks and will begin formal clinical trials on the remaining three products shortly thereafter.
